How to enjoy Kaihodon We have regular soy sauce • Dashi soy sauce: mild soy sauce enriched with broth. • First, try to put tha soy sauce just a little on the seafood and have abite. Then, add some little by little. Since it is very salty, DO NOT pour soy sauce over the whole Kaihodon from the beginning. • When you put Wasabi on the ingredients, try it just a little at first, too. Wasabi is very spicy or hot. • Eating Kaihodon with a spoon is a lot easier than with chopsticks. Actually, most of our Japanese customers use a spoon. • To finish off the meal, we make "Ochazuke" by ourselves. Ochazuke is a traditional rice soup: rice soaked with dashi broth or green tea. Please feel free to pour our homemade special dashi, made from Asari clams and fish, over your rice bowl.
