A course meal set with appetizers, karasumi soba, ten-suimono, and sashimi. You can order your preferred soba at the end of the course.
Seiro (cold soba)
せいろ
A basic menu where you dip cold soba into a flavorful dipping sauce. Enjoy the aroma and firmness of the soba.

Noodle refill only. Does not include dipping sauce.
Tororo soba (grated yam soba)
とろろそば
Cold soba mixed with grated yam. The stickiness of the yam and the texture of the soba are a great match.
Toronanban seiro (cold soba with chicken and leeks)
鳥南蛮せいろ
Cold soba served with a warm dipping sauce containing chicken and green onions. The chicken's umami dissolves into the sauce.
Shrimp tempura seiro (two shrimp)
