To allow you to fully savor the flavors of our soup and noodles, our ramen does not include toppings other than char siu and green onions. Please enjoy by adding kelp or spicy chives from the table as you like.
Chuka Soba (Chinese Noodle Soup)
中華そば
Chuka soba based on chicken bones and soy sauce, combined with the umami of bonito flakes and kelp. This is a representative dish of Setto Hachi, with the concentrated umami of chicken bones.

Chicken Cloudy Soba

A ramen characterized by its thick, rich, and viscous soup infused with the umami of chicken. A deep richness and mellow aroma spread through your mouth. The soup clings well to the noodles, making it a very satisfying bowl that warms both body and soul.
Dipping Noodles
つけそば
Enjoy chewy, thick noodles in a soup condensed with the umami of pork, lungs, shiitake mushrooms, and seafood. Served after boiling for about 8 minutes. We now use homemade noodles. The noodles are made with the assumption of being served cold, so please refrain from ordering them hot.

Hinai Jidori Broth Special Chuka Soba
比内地鶏だしの特製中華そば
A clear ramen made with broth from Hinai Jidori chicken bones and chicken/pork bones. Enjoy our special, carefully crafted soup, finished with double toppings of pork belly and chicken char siu, and seasoned with kelp broth, shiitake mushrooms, and bonito flakes. Available in a limited quantity of 40 servings per week.

A simple Japanese breakfast menu of freshly cooked rice topped with a raw egg, plenty of Kujo green onions, and our special butter soy sauce. The flavor of the Kujo green onions and the richness of the butter soy sauce pair well with the egg and rice for a gentle taste.
