Formerly Ets du CHAMBONT since 1896. Chez René was founded in 1957 on the initiative of Adrienne and René Cinquin, originally from Emeringes in Beaujolais. The House was built on the foundations of the Etablissements du Chambont dating back to 1896. As a guardian of the Saint Germain temple, "René" upholds the spirit that was so dear to Mr. Audiard, C. Aznavour, R. Gary, A. Giacometti, E. Hemingway, and of course F. Mitterrand, P. Bergé, and Jean-Paul Belmondo...
