Unlike standardized sake, Jizake is crafted by hand, resulting in more delicate and refined profiles. We handle renowned sakes from various regions of Japan, striving to provide an ideal dining experience with a diverse selection of seasonal and limited-edition products. We are an officially designated partner establishment by the Yamagata International Organization under the Yamagata Prefectural Government.
