Resident Chef - Kevin Finch / October 2022 - January 2023. We are delighted to welcome American Kevin Finch! Kevin is no stranger to us as he was a resident at Laundromat in Brooklyn where he already made his mark with his elegant cuisine blending technique and indulgence. This is the first time we are rotating our chefs from New York to Paris! Kevin began traveling and cooking for some of the most well-known and respected restaurants in the world, from Betony and Maialino in New York, to Maaemo*** in Norway, Ensue in Shenzhen, Dominique Crenn*** in San Francisco, always seeking through these diverse experiences to be surprised, awakened, and to learn new things. One day, Kevin dreams of opening a restaurant in his hometown of Salt Lake City; until then, he is gracing us with his presence in Paris for a few months to share his vibrant cuisine, inspired by his many travels and his immoderate love for France! All our products are locally sourced.
