Gragnano DOC linguine, seabass, and baby octopus, enhanced by a prawn reduction, sweet fermented bell pepper compote, and aromatic Sichuan pepper. Act IV: Hearthside Roast A festive culinary masterpiece, slow-roasted chicken, Neapolitan meatloaf stuffing, white wine, sweet raisins, and cashews. Creamy pumpkin sauce, grappa-sautéed grapes and tangy peperonata. Act V: Winter Intermezzo Rosemary and Strawberry Sorbet Act VI: Dolce Natale Signature Cioccolato e Pera Gelato Cake.
