Pizza dough folded in a half-moon and stuffed inside with ingredients such as tomato, mozzarella and ham or vegetables. Baked in the oven, it is crispy on the outside with a warm, gooey center.

Typical Roman street food: a rice croquette with tomato and meat ragù with a heart of melting mozzarella. Elongated in shape, it is breaded and fried until golden and crispy.

A variation of the classic supplì inspired by the famous Roman first course. Rice seasoned with abundant Pecorino Romano and ground black pepper. Intense, savory, and pleasantly spicy flavor.

Rice supplì enriched with 'nduja, the typical soft and spicy Calabrian cured meat. It offers a strong flavor and an enveloping spiciness, enclosed in a crispy breading.
