Concept We envisioned an adult osteria in Italy. Dishes created by arranging regional Italian cuisine with the chef's sensibility, and dishes created anew without being bound by convention. An osteria where you can enjoy carefully selected wines, led by our sommelier and supported by the entire staff. Symbol of the Piglet In Europe, the piglet is a symbol of happiness. At Bubbino, we also use the piglet as our symbol, wishing that our customers will feel happy when they visit. Meaning of Bubbino It is a combination of the piglet's happy sound "Buhi!" and the Italian word for wine, "vino" (pronounced 'beeno').
