Our proud paitan soup is made by simmering a generous amount of domestic pork bones, chicken bones, and several kinds of vegetables together with great force, creating a unique and exquisite special soup. Based on this soup, Menreifu offers the classic "Rich Tonkotsu," which combines pork bones with soy sauce for a full tonkotsu experience; the "Extremely Rich Tonkotsu," with an even higher concentration for enhanced richness; and the "Spicy Rich Tonkotsu," which blends "umami" with "spiciness."
