The ice from 'Shogetsu Hyoshitsu' is natural ice formed slowly in winter by utilizing the cold, using spring water from Nikko's mountains in an ice pond created in the Meiji era. Please enjoy the fluffy ice with syrup made from organic agave and Tanegashima raw sugar.
