《Flavor Characteristics》 Praised as "sweet and delicious fish meat!" We have succeeded in imparting the sweet aroma and taste unique to wild eels to farmed eels. The nutrient-rich fat accounts for 25% of the body fat, but due to its high quality, it is not at all greasy. The fish meat is bursting with thickness, and the fatty layers spread throughout, creating a melt-in-your-mouth sensation. There is no muddy odor whatsoever. Small bones are also not noticeable. You can savor the authentic taste, aroma, and texture not found in general farmed eels.
