Torisora

とりそら

Unpretentious luxury woven from yakitori and hot pot. GREETINGS "Torisora," a chicken hot pot restaurant by "Torishiki ICHIMON," led by Yoshiteru Ikegawa, the owner of Torishiki, is relocating to Meguro, Tokyo, and will be reborn as a new establishment. We will offer our signature "Tokyo Kashiwa Nabe," which was once popular in the old downtown Tokyo area, along with our proud yakitori and course meals that evoke the flavors of a bygone era. We aim to create a warm atmosphere that you'll want to share with your loved ones, and our entire staff is dedicated to this goal. We look forward to your patronage. CONCEPT & MENU Born from the desire to offer traditional yakitori culture more casually, with "Yakitori and Tokyo Kashiwa Nabe" as the main focus. The fragrant yakitori, grilled over a high flame at close range, as taught by Torishiki, is served at a brisk pace. The Tokyo Kashiwa Nabe is a modern interpretation of the local dish from the downtown area where Ikegawa grew up, bringing out the natural umami of each part of Fukushima Prefecture's Date chicken. While meticulously prepared with careful attention to heat control and ingredients, we aim to remove any sense of pretension and offer an experience of "returning to the origin" that evokes a sense of nostalgia. Please enjoy. Business Hours: 1st Seating / 17:00-20:00 2nd Seating / 20:30-22:30 Closed: Mondays and Tuesdays Seating: 9 counter seats Payment: Credit Card Only / Cashless only
