Dining time is 2 hours (counted from the first person's entry). A 100 NTD stove fee applies for solo diners. 10% service charge is extra. No credit card service. A 100 NTD charge applies for any food wastage per plate. Children under 110cm are charged 100 NTD for cleaning. Children between 110-140cm are half price based on the table's consumption. Those above 140cm are considered adults. For safety reasons, one adult can accompany one child. Recommended cooking temperatures for meat: Well-done (7), Rare (3), Medium (5).
