SEU nasce da un sogno che abbiamo tirato fuori dal cassetto e a cui abbiamo dato vita ed ora rinasce in uno spazio che riflette la nostra visione. Un luogo essenziale, pensato per accogliere senza distrarre, dove l’avanguardia sulla pizza resta protagonista. Senza inseguire tendenze ma seguendo solo la nostra visione con coerenza e rigore. Abbiamo scelto di rimettere in discussione tutto: gesti, ingredienti, modalità. Ogni decisione è stata frutto di studio e di confronto. Il locale cambia, il modo di lavorare si evolve. Restano l’ascolto, la ricerca, la voglia di fare bene ed il rispetto per chi ha scelto di sedersi a questo tavolo.
