How to enjoy udon deliciously~ ・Hold the bowl (dipping broth) as much as possible ・Take only one bite of noodles into the broth and eat them immediately without leaving them. ・Slurp the noodles with the broth. (Udon is not meant to be eaten with a spoon.) ・Add condiments (green onions, ginger, etc.) and eat. Adding toppings to your liking makes it even more delicious. ・Drink all the broth with the udon!! The dashi (broth) settles at the bottom, so the bottom of the bowl is the most delicious. We understand that you may not be able to do everything, but please enjoy the traditional taste to the fullest.
