Ristorante L'Arrosticinaro

Welcome You are not in a fast food restaurant... but in a traditional Abruzzese establishment, where the arrosticino is the undisputed king of the table. The characteristics listed below are essential and precise, to ensure a feeling of satisfying lightness even the next day. What we offer you is the real arrosticino, prepared for us by Abruzzese artisans according to ancient rules: 1) To obtain an arrosticino with a delicate and highly digestible flavor, the meat, strictly sheep, must be lean with a slight marbling of fat. 2) The basic salting must be low, so that everyone can adjust it to their own taste. 3) Cooking takes place in the typical Abruzzese charcoal brazier. Every dish on our menu is the result of a passion for the cuisine of our land and a meticulous search for local raw ingredients. Information about the presence of substances or products that can cause allergies or intolerances is available by asking the serving staff.
The sheep arrosticini are original and unique to Pianella (Pescara). All cooked over charcoal in the traditional brazier and served in characteristic ceramic bowls.
