NEIGHBORHOOD PIZZERIA Pizzeria di Quartiere was born in 2015 in the heart of Pietralata, a historic Roman neighborhood and former industrial area located on the banks of the Aniene river. The abandonment of industrial production in contrast with the wild nature makes this corner of Rome unique. A point of reference and gathering, a pizzeria like those of the past: a youthful, dynamic, convivial atmosphere, the continuous search for quality raw materials, and attention to tradition are our strengths to offer an ever-improving product and service. PIZZA The beating heart of Pizzeria di Quartiere, our pizza is the result of a combination of ancient traditions and new techniques. Carefully selected and minimally refined flours, innovative techniques, and long leavening make our dough light and genuine. Cooking in a wood-fired oven makes our pizza crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with fresh and tasty ingredients. KITCHEN The kitchen offers a streamlined menu to enhance high-quality raw materials, carefully following product seasonality. Tradition, research, and attention to the product meet in a dynamic menu, which offers new and revisited dishes in a street-food style every day.

For our pizza dough, we use a blend of selected, minimally refined flours. Long leavening and careful wood-fired oven baking give our dough flavor, crispiness, and digestibility. The tomato sauce comes from the Italian supply chain and is previously processed with EVO oil, oregano, basil, and salt. In our recipes, we exclusively use fiordilatte processed in Italy and buffalo mozzarella from Campania D.O.P.
