Kibou Manmen We saw hope in the smiles of our customers Thirty-five years ago. In the early spring of 1988, a small ramen shop along Kanjo 7-go Line hung its noren curtain. Its name was Nogata Hope. The founder was Fumiyo Oguri, a 40-year-old female owner at the time. We continue to protect the taste and spirit of the founder, Fumiyo Oguri, who was called "Kanko Babaa," and thanks to you, "Nogata Hope" has been in business for 35 years. We will continue to move forward, never forgetting our origins, in order to meet the smiling faces of our customers.

Rich and Deep Pork Bone with Seafood Broth Vegetable soup, chicken soup, and seafood are added, and finally, vegetable potage soup is balanced in. We have created a refined taste that is rich yet light, with a harmonious balance of pork bone, chicken, and vegetable umami, that you can eat every day.

A creative Italian-style ramen made by combining rich pork bone soup with our homemade tomato paste. Topped with fresh tomatoes, char siu, and cheese. We recommend adding rice to the remaining soup to make it risotto-style.
