Award-winning tonkotsu broth, simmered for a long time to achieve a rich and mellow flavor, the pride of Rāmen Nagi. Paired with fresh, handmade noodles made daily with imported Japanese flour, characterized by their ability to absorb plenty of soup and release a rich aroma in the mouth. It is Rāmen Nagi's best-selling classic flavor.
This is a rich tonkotsu ramen (Hakata style). The broth is milky white, with a thick and smooth texture, and a strong pork bone aroma. Usually served with thin straight noodles and chashu pork.
Red King
赤王
Based on the King of Tonkotsu broth, this ramen is flavored with exclusive homemade chili oil, garlic, and chili peppers, served with aged miso and special minced pork to create the 'Red King ball'. The spiciness is mild but not overpowering, with a sweet aftertaste, offering a surprising and wonderful experience. (Spiciness can be chosen up to ten levels)

Flavored oil made with King of Tonkotsu broth, fresh basil, olive oil, and various vegetables, sprinkled with plenty of cheese powder. An unexpectedly harmonious and unique taste creates this Italian-style Green King ramen. (Recommended with pork shoulder)
This is an Italian-style ramen. Basil, olive oil, and cheese powder are added to the tonkotsu broth, resembling pesto. It has the richness of tonkotsu and the fragrance of herbs. Unique flavor, similar to creamy soup noodles.
