In every plate, I have put a piece of my story, a hint of sunshine, and all the love I have for Italian cuisine. La Mamma Michela is committed to perpetuating the tradition of fresh, handmade pasta, one by one. A patient and rare artisanal process that a mechanical method cannot match, nor even reproduce for some of these pastas. A unique know-how passed down through generations in traditional Italian families.
