A large meal salad composed of raw vegetables, Camargue rice, and egg. Available in three variations: Comtoise (regional), Asian, or Greek. A complete and fresh dish.
Monday: Lasagna Bolognese, Salad
Lundi: Lasagnes Bolognaises, Salade
Italian-style pasta gratin with layers of bolognese sauce (meat) and béchamel. Served golden and hot with a green salad on the side.
Tuesday: Sausage/Green Lentils/Carrot/Soft-Boiled Egg
Mardi: Saucisse/Lentilles Vertes/Carotte/Œuf Mollet
A traditional and rustic bistro dish. Flavorful sausage served with stewed lentils, melting carrots, and a soft-boiled egg with a runny yolk.
Wednesday: Shepherd's Pie, Salad
Mercredi: Hachis Parmentier, Salade
Family dish composed of a layer of seasoned minced beef, covered with a gratinated mashed potato topping. Served with a salad.
Thursday: Tandoori Chicken, Rice and Roasted Broccoli
Jeudi: Poulet Tandoori, Riz et Brocolis rôtis
Chicken marinated with Indian tandoori spices and roasted in the oven. Served with white rice and roasted broccoli florets.
Friday: Salmon Shepherd's Pie, spinach cream
Vendredi: Parmentier de Saumon, crème d’épinards
A variation of the parmentier prepared with flaked salmon and a creamy spinach sauce, all under a layer of mashed potatoes.
Vanilla rice pudding, caramelized hazelnuts
Riz au lait à la vanille, noisettes caramélisées
Creamy and comforting rice pudding made with round rice slowly cooked in vanilla milk. Enhanced with caramelized hazelnuts for a crunchy touch.
