Kamaage Tsukemen (Warm Noodles)

This Kamaage-style Tsukemen features hot, freshly boiled noodles dipped into a rich broth. The noodles have a chewy texture, and the broth is rich with seafood dashi, warming you up. It's especially recommended during the cold season.

A special Tsukemen where premium noodles are soaked in kombu water, and you can choose either cold or warm noodles. In addition to the regular Tsukemen, it comes with three special dipping broths: Nameko Oroshi, Cold Soy Milk Tantan, and Tokyo Classic, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavor changes. - Tokyo Classic: Inspired by the sweet and savory flavor of traditional Tokyo-style Tsukemen. - Cold Soy Milk Tantan: A dipping broth that retains the essence of Tantanmen while being mild in spiciness and numbness, with the meat at the bottom adding a nice accent. - Nameko Oroshi: A Japanese-style dipping broth with nameko mushrooms and grated daikon radish that coats the noodles well, accented by the slight bitterness of myoga.
