Seiro (Cold Soba)
せいろ
The basic cold soba. Freshly boiled soba noodles are chilled in cold water and served on a bamboo sieve. Dip lightly in the flavorful broth to enjoy the aroma and texture of the soba.
Spicy Grated Radish
辛味おろし

Tororo (Grated Yam)
