Our soba, udon, and Chinese noodles (containing egg) are made in-house. We use high-quality mineral water for our noodle broth, dishes, drinks, and drinking water. We can adjust the concentration of the broth and the cooking time of the noodles to your preference. Please note that orders may not be served in the order they are received. All prices include tax. Soba flour is from Hokkaido and Fukui / Wheat flour is from Hokkaido. We use 100% domestic pork.
