Yakiniku Tatsuya offers high-quality yakiniku in a casual setting. We exclusively source female Japanese Black Wagyu cattle. Female cattle have a fine, tender texture. Their fat has a lower melting point than male cattle, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Due to their smaller size, they are less common in the market and are considered rare. In addition to yakiniku, we also recommend our 'Chilled Beef Tail Tantanmen', made with beef tail soup simmered for over 4 hours daily.
