The roasted duck is thinly sliced, known as 'sliced duck'. We select premium Cherry Valley ducks (also known as Northern ducks, which grow longer and have more evenly distributed fat). The sliced meat, meticulously prepared so that each piece includes skin, is served with Yilan Sanxing scallions and osmanthus honey sauce, wrapped in thin pancakes.
