Being owned by Thailand's original and oldest importer, it is our aim to share the fantastic flavours we deal with. To do this we employ the unbeatable functions of the World's best oven grill the Josper. In this we produce The Maillard Reaction which is when the amino acids and sugars combine and form a crust. For this to happen a high temperature is needed. The result will be the finest steak you will ever find in Bangkok. To achieve this combination of quality, skill and science, you could be correct in thinking this will be expensive. However this is not so as we want all to eat well at fair prices.
