"Light & rich taste" soy sauce flavor Ramen Noodles / crunchy and stretching texture is outstanding Sauce / This is a special sauce which we use mainly Japanese whole soy bean soy sauce produced by "Oka Naosaburo Company" who has been producing natural brewage soy sauce made by wooden tun as well as other soy sauces and seasonings. Broth and chicken oil / We use mainly "Amakusa Daio" which is the most famous brand chicken in Japan and dried kelp and pork bone. Please enjoy the flavor and taste of brand chicken.

Tsukemen From 14:00~. 40 bowls a day Soranoiro NIPPON's Tsukemen uses only Haruyutaka which is said "Phantasmal wheat" as it is only less than 1% of the Japanese wheat. You can feel sweetness and flavor of Haruyutaka, as well as crunchy and silky texture. At first please add only salt on the noodle then eat. It is low calorie and moreover you can take a lot of vegetables from one bowl, so very healthy. We also recommend to change from wheat noodle to Brown Rice noodle for Gluten Free. We use seasonal vegetables.

This is a gluten free Ramen which uses Brown Rice Noodles made by "Miyauchiya" in Un-nan city, Shimane prefecture. Of course, sauce, oil and toppings are also all gluten free. Please let us know if you want us to boil your brown rice noodles in the separate pot apart from the one which we boil wheat noodles. Basically, we use only "gluten free" ingredients, however in the same kitchen, we use wheat noodles and soy sauce, so we can't avoid cross contamination 100% for sure. So we sincerely require all customers to decide by your own responsibility. We use seasonal vegetables.
