The foremost of China's nine immortal herbs, Dendrobium candidum is grown on 90-degree cliffs, absorbing the essence of heaven, sun, and moon. It is simmered with Mai Men Dong and American Ginseng to create a nourishing soup for yin, beauty, eyesight, and vitality. "Ji Ji" playfully describes the surprising taste of the soup and the challenging "cliff" combination for a conflicting yet delicious experience.

We have improved the rich flavor of Shanghai style fried rice by stir-frying fresh Qingjiang vegetables and garlic, creating an aroma that fills the air and lingers on the palate.
