Per Person (One Bowl) *Changing the lunch soup accompanying fried rice, soup-less dan dan noodles, or ankake yakisoba to clear soup will incur a 600 yen charge. A premium soup made by simmering broth from ingredients like pork shank, duck, dried scallops, free-range chicken, and Jinhua ham, then clarifying it with minced pork and chicken. Served with steamed yellow napa cabbage, a popular dish in Sichuan province.
