Shizuku

Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup. It is both a simple and incredibly complex dish, which we meticulously prepare with love and devotion. Our broths, noodles, seasonings, and toppings are homemade without MSG. We use organic flour directly from the Moulins de Versailles. "Shizuku" means "drop". Why this name? When we first went to a ramen restaurant in Japan, we were immediately struck by the image of a chef giving their all to prepare delicious ramen. With Shizuku, we want to introduce you to the work of these artisans. Shizuku is simply every little effort put into creating every delicious drop in your bowl!
