Here, the principle is simple: one platter for the table and no cutlery. Each person having chosen their dish, for greater conviviality, everything is served on one large platter. How to use: cut the injera (flatbread) provided into small pieces to dip into the dish. Injera is a savory crepe made mainly from millet and corn.
