Our Roman Pizza is prepared with high-quality Italian ingredients. The dough is made using a selection of NON-GMO flours (wheat, soy, and rice), extra virgin olive oil, and dried sourdough starter. It has high hydration (about 80% water) and undergoes a slow leavening process at a controlled temperature (72 hours of maturation), making it light and very digestible. No animal fats are present in the dough.
