A condiment combination for jinbing or meat. Includes fresh scallion segments and rich, sweet and savory sweet bean sauce to enhance flavor.
Made with local Taiwanese beef bones, slow-simmered for tens of hours. Infused with the unique flavor of Taiwanese beef weighing over 700kg and aged at least 30 months. This creates the freshest, richest broth, warm and mellow, with a lingering aftertaste.
