Specialty Tofu Tomasori Made using traditional Korean methods with approximately 500 years of history, this tofu is made using the old-fashioned "kama-daki" (kettle-cooking) method. Its smooth texture and rich flavor are a confident creation that cannot be replicated elsewhere. Sundubu Soup Rich umami from meat and seafood. Our "Sundubu Soup," simmered slowly with a special blended miso based on seafood umami and beef bones, has an excellent compatibility with our tofu.
