Imperial rolls
Pâtés impériaux
Prepared with love every day, their crispy rice crepes contain a fine homemade filling flavored with fresh herbs.
Also called nem, these are crispy fried rolls made from rice paper. Filled with meat and shrimp or vegetables, they are eaten hot, often wrapped in lettuce leaves with fresh herbs.
Spring roll

Rolled to order in a thin rice paper and covered with crushed peanuts.
A fresh, non-fried roll wrapped in a translucent rice paper. Filled with vermicelli, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic herbs. A light and refreshing starter.
Crispy tofu sticks
Bâtonnets de tofu croustillants
Panko-crusted tofu sticks, cilantro, leek, ginger, garlic, and onion. Served with a sauce of sesame oil, soy sauce, and pepper.
Tofu sticks coated in a crispy Japanese panko breading and fried. The inside remains tender. Served with a flavorful sesame and soy sauce.
Green papaya salad

Mix of papaya, carrots, mint, and cilantro, fresh herbs, roasted peanuts, and a lime dressing. Depending on your mood: with or without chili?
Crispy and tangy salad made from shredded green papaya, typical of Southeast Asia. Seasoned with lime juice and nuoc-mâm for a sweet-salty-sour balance.
