Our restaurant offers a set meal perfect for lunch. Soba noodles are best when fresh. If boiled and kept, the flavor deteriorates and the noodles lose their firmness. We do not offer hot broth soba. Please enjoy our handmade fresh noodles daily. Sincerely, The Proprietor
