From southern Italy, the chef offers hearty and typical cuisine in a friendly and warm atmosphere. You can discover his creations, "Della Mamma" recipes inspired by the culinary art of his region. Most of the food and wines, including our delicious fresh pasta, are imported directly from our local artisans in Italy and guarantee the quality of our dishes and the flavors of the country. Regarding the wine cellar, the chef will advise you on an exceptional selection of Puglian wines (southern Italy).
