Our Gongdeok Heehee ferments our house-made tsuyu with 200-year-old Sanuki soy sauce. We also use only fresh noodles with over 40% buckwheat content, allowing you to enjoy the clean, deep flavor of our tsuyu and the slightly bitter, savory taste of buckwheat.
