Welcome! We are very happy to host you, A few words about our menu... We make our fresh pasta every day on-site, by hand. You can see us making it as you walk past the restaurant. We also prepare our pizza dough and let it rest for at least 36 hours before baking it in a 400° oven. The logic of BOBBY is to offer you the Italian dishes that we like, prioritizing seasonal, local, and organic products as much as possible. So, many of our products like cured meats, tomatoes, and flours come from top Italian producers, except when we have found "closer" solutions with the same level of quality. For example, our mozzarella is produced in IDF with French buffalo milk, using the same processes as in Campania. Vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and eggs are local and/or organic. Our wines are Italian and French, sometimes natural, sometimes conventional. Don't hesitate to order a bit of everything and share: we will give you individual plates if you do. Good to know: We put parmesan on all fresh pasta dishes, so let us know if you don't want any! On pizzas, you can exchange any product for an equivalent. Enjoy !
