Barbacoa aims to share tasty and environmentally friendly cuisine. Our dishes are made from fresh, seasonal products, mainly local and mostly from organic farming. Revisiting seasonal recipes with our charcoal oven allows us to enhance our dishes and develop a multitude of aromas.
