It's a premium cut that allows you to enjoy five different parts: rib meat, loin, pork belly, gabri meat, and shrimp meat. [HIT Neck] The neck is a cut where the pork collar and front leg meat are connected, offering an excellent chewy texture. It's used as the 'dutt-sal' (extra meat) for pork ribs and has been a customer favorite. [Ribs] Hand-cut ribs that offer a unique chewy texture.
